Choosing a tool

What to ask before you connect anything to your inbox

Every AI email tool sounds similar on its own homepage. These are the eight questions that actually separate them, and CevroFlow's answer to each, including where that answer is a limitation.

The eight questions

Does it send email on your behalf?

This is the question that decides whether you can trust the tool with a real client inbox. An assistant that can send without you is one bad inference away from an email you have to apologise for.

No, and it can't be configured to. CevroFlow drafts; you read it and click Send. That's a product rule rather than a setting, so there is no state in which an unreviewed message leaves your account.

Is your email used to train AI models?

Business email contains client names, contract terms and pricing. Where it goes after you connect it is a due-diligence question, not a preference.

No. Your email content is never sold and never used to train any model, ours or a provider's. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and the permissions requested don't allow permanent deletion of anything in your mailbox.

Does it work inside your existing inbox, or ask you to move?

A tool that replaces your email client is a bigger change than most teams will actually complete, and it strands anyone you work with who doesn't switch.

CevroFlow connects to your existing Gmail or Google Workspace account and works alongside it. Nothing moves, and anything you send still comes from your real address in your real thread.

Does it do anything beyond sorting and drafting?

Triage saves minutes. The work that follows an email (the task, the meeting, the follow-up you owe someone) is where the hours actually go.

One AI read per email produces the category, the priority, the draft, the tasks, and the meeting details together. That's the architecture rather than a feature list: every part of the product reads the same single analysis.

What happens to the mail that doesn't need AI at all?

Most inboxes are mostly noise. A tool that runs a model over every message is paying for newsletters and receipts, and you're paying for it in the plan price.

A rule engine classifies obvious noise before any model runs, around 55% of mail on a measured workspace. That's why the plans meter emails handled rather than AI calls: the cheap path handles most of it.

Can you try it without a card?

Any tool that reads your email needs to be evaluated on your real inbox. A trial that requires payment details first is asking you to commit before you can.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card. There are also 30 free AI writing tools you can use without an account at all.

Which providers does it support?

The honest limitation to check before anything else. A tool that doesn't support your provider is not a candidate, whatever else it does.

Gmail and Google Workspace only, today. If your business runs on Outlook or Microsoft 365, CevroFlow is not the right tool for you yet.

What does it cost as the team grows?

Per-seat pricing on an email tool gets expensive quickly, and the second seat is usually where the real cost lands.

Starter is $15/month for one inbox and one seat. Professional is $39 for three inboxes and three seats. Business is $99 for ten inboxes, twenty-five seats, roles and permissions. Billed monthly or yearly at ten months' price.
