From invite to prepared, without the digging.
CevroFlow spots the meeting in the thread, pulls out the time, the link and the agenda, and gathers the history before you walk in.
What arrived
“Thursday at 3 works for me. I will send a Meet link closer to the time. Priya from our side will join to cover the migration questions.”
No invite. No structured data. Just a sentence.
Migration review with Northwind
94%- When
- Thursday, 21 August, 3:00 PM
- Where
- Google Meet, link to follow
- Who
- Elena Rodriguez, Priya Nair, you
- Agenda
- Migration questions
Confident enough to confirm on its own.
See it working
A meeting agreed in prose, read out of the thread with its time, its link and its agenda attached.

What it actually does
- 1
It reads the arrangement in prose
The extraction runs only on mail already categorised as a Meeting, so it is not a second pass over your whole inbox.
Meeting-category email only. No extra model call for anything else.
- 2
It pulls out the fields
Title, type, time, timezone, participants, platform, link and agenda. Anything the thread never stated is left empty rather than filled with a guess.
16 meeting types, from discovery call to invoice review.
- 3
It prepares before you join
A brief assembled from the thread and your history with the people attending, generated when you ask for it rather than on a timer.
Confirmed at 90%. Review at 80 to 89. Below 80, nothing.
Three answers, and one of them is nothing
Every product claims its AI is accurate. Almost none show you what theirs does when it is not sure. Ninety percent and up is confirmed on its own, eighty to eighty-nine is handed to you for one tap, and below eighty nothing is created at all.
- Some real meetings land below the bar, and you add those yourself. That is the trade.
- Duration is never guessed. If the thread did not say how long, the field stays empty.
- CevroFlow has no calendar write access — it prefills the event and hands it to you.
Confirmed on its own
The time, the people and the purpose are all clearly stated in the thread.
Handed to you to confirm
Probably a meeting, but something is thin. One tap confirms it, one tap rejects it.
Nothing is created
Not confident enough to put anything in front of you. A calendar full of meetings that do not exist is worse than an empty one.
Below eighty percent no meeting is created at all. Some real meetings land there, and you add those yourself.
Why this holds up
90 / 80
It declines to act
Ninety percent and up is confirmed on its own. Eighty to eighty-nine is handed to you for one tap. Below eighty nothing is created at all, because a calendar full of meetings that do not exist is worse than an empty one.
16
Kinds of meeting
A discovery call, a sprint planning session and an invoice review are not the same event. Knowing which one it is changes what gets prepared.
Blank
Duration is never guessed
If the email did not say how long, the field stays empty. A confident sixty minutes that nobody agreed to is how double bookings happen.
1 tap
To your real calendar
CevroFlow prepares a prefilled Google Calendar event and hands it to you. The same rule as sending applies: nothing is written on your behalf.
From invite to prepared, automatically
CevroFlow reads the whole email (not just the subject line) and pulls out a real meeting: who, when, where, and what it's about. Then it gets you ready before you walk in.
Discovery Call - Acme Corp
Thursday, 2:00 PM · Google Meet
Walk through Q3 scope, confirm budget, align on kickoff date.
94% confident- Objective: close on scope and get a kickoff date confirmed
- Acme replied twice this week about pricing, bring the updated quote
- One open invoice from their last engagement, worth a mention
What it does not do
Every tool has edges. These are ours, so you find out here rather than in week two.
CevroFlow does not have calendar access and does not write to your calendar. It gives you a prefilled link and you click it.
It cannot RSVP to an invitation, decline one, or find a free slot in your week.
Extraction runs only on mail already categorised as a Meeting. A meeting agreed inside a thread about an invoice may be missed.
Below eighty percent confidence nothing is created. Some real meetings will land there and you will add them yourself.
Questions about Meeting Detection
- Does it need a calendar invite?
- No. Most meetings are agreed in prose long before an invite exists. CevroFlow reads the thread and picks up the arrangement as it is made.
- Does it add events to my calendar automatically?
- No. It prepares a prefilled calendar event and hands it to you with one click. CevroFlow has no calendar write access, so nothing appears in your week without you putting it there.
- What if it is not sure the meeting is real?
- At ninety percent confidence and above it confirms on its own. Between eighty and eighty-nine it asks you. Below eighty it creates nothing at all.
- What does it prepare beforehand?
- The agenda if one was discussed, the thread it came from, and the history with the people attending, so the prep is done before you open the call.
