01The service
Cevron connects to your Gmail account to produce summaries, categories, priorities, and drafted replies. It can send a reply on your behalf, but only the specific one you review and approve. It never sends, deletes, or modifies anything on its own. It is a layer above your inbox, not a replacement for it.
02Your account
You need accurate account information and the authority to connect the Gmail account you connect. Connect your own business mailbox, not someone else's. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Each workspace has a single owner who controls its data.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Cevron to process email you have no right to access.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own.
- Probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
- Use the service to break the law.
04Plans and billing
The free plan is free, with the limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed per workspace through Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.
If prices change, existing customers get notice by email at least 30 days before their price does.
05AI output
Cevron's categories, priorities, summaries, and drafted replies are suggestions produced by an AI model. They can be wrong. Every suggestion carries a confidence score and reasoning so you can judge it, and nothing sends without your explicit approval on that specific draft.
You are responsible for reviewing any draft before you approve it and for every message that goes out, whether you sent it from Cevron or copied it into Gmail yourself.
06Your data
Your email content belongs to you. You grant us the license needed to process it for one purpose: providing the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. That license ends when your data is deleted.
07Availability
We work to keep Cevron available and your sync current, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If a sync fails, it retries; if something breaks, your Gmail is untouched. Cevron never modifies or deletes mail, and never sends anything you haven't approved, so the worst case is stale summaries, not lost or unwanted mail.
08Termination
You can stop using Cevron whenever you want: disconnect Gmail, cancel your plan, or delete your account. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we will tell you why if we do.
09Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make, or messages you send, based on AI suggestions.
10Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, we email you before the change applies. Continuing to use Cevron after that means you accept the new terms.
Questions about these terms: hello@cevron.app.
