Drafts that have read the whole thread, know what you already promised, and sound like you. Nothing sends until you click Send.

Re: Revised proposal and timeline

Hi Elena,

Thanks for coming back on this. I have gone through the changes and they work on our side.

[confirm the revised delivery date]

On the scope question from your last note, the discovery work stays included, so there is no change there.

[add the updated figure from the pricing sheet]

Happy to walk through it on a call if that is easier.

Send

Nothing leaves your account until you click this.

The highlighted text is where the thread never stated a fact. CevroFlow leaves you an instruction instead of a plausible guess.

In action

See it working

A reply already written from the whole thread, waiting on the one thing it cannot do itself.

Core capabilities

What it actually does

  1. 1

    It reads the conversation

The whole thread, plus what each side has already committed to and when it was due. That is what stops a draft contradicting something you sent last week.

Full thread. Open commitments in both directions.

  2. 2

    It drafts in your voice

Written from how you have replied before, not from a template. Where a fact is genuinely unknown it leaves a bracketed placeholder instead of guessing.

    [confirm the delivery date]

  3. 3

    You refine, then you send

Six one-tap rewrites, or translate into nine languages. Edit anything. Then click Send, which is the only way anything leaves your account.

6 refine modes. 9 languages. 1 human click.

What it reads first

It has read the whole conversation

A draft is written from the full thread, your history with the sender, and what each side has already committed to. That is what stops it re-offering a discount you already gave, or asking for a document that arrived four replies ago.

  • The entire thread, not just the message you are looking at.
  • Open commitments in both directions, with the dates attached to them.
  • How you have replied before, so the draft sounds like you rather than like a template.
  • Where a fact was never stated, it writes a bracketed placeholder instead of a plausible guess.

Review and send

The AI drafts. A person sends.

Every outgoing message passes through one code path, and that path requires a human click. There is no scheduled send on your behalf, no autopilot mode, and no plan tier that unlocks one.

  • Six one-tap rewrites change how the draft reads, never what it says.
  • Translate into nine languages, with placeholders surviving the translation intact.
  • Edit anything, then click Send. That click is the only way mail leaves your account.

Fix grammar

Spelling and phrasing only. Your wording survives.

Shorten

Roughly half the length. Every point kept.

Expand

More context and warmth, without padding.

More formal

Measured and businesslike. Same meaning.

Warmer

Conversational and human. Still professional.

Translate

Nine languages. Placeholders survive intact.

Translate intoSpanishFrenchGermanPortugueseItalianHindiJapaneseMandarin ChineseArabic

Every refine changes how the draft reads and never what it says. Your facts, numbers, links and placeholders come through unchanged.

Why this holds up

0

Emails sent without you

The AI drafts and prepares, then stops. Every outgoing message is sent by a person clicking Send, enforced at a single code path. This is the one rule the product does not bend.

Placeholders, not invention

When the thread never stated a number, the draft writes a bracketed instruction to you rather than a plausible fabrication. You can see exactly what it did not know.

Ways to refine

Fix grammar, shorten, expand, more formal, warmer, or translate. Each one changes how the draft reads and never changes what it says.

Languages

Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Hindi, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and Arabic. Placeholders survive translation intact.

AI Compose & Reply

AI writes it: replies or brand-new emails.

Every email that needs an answer arrives with the reply already written: built from the thread, your history with the sender, and your workspace's voice. Starting a new conversation instead? Give CevroFlow a one-line brief and it writes the whole email the same way, using your real history with that recipient. Review, edit if you want, and send straight from CevroFlow with one click.

Re: Q3 contract - ready to sign

Hi Rachel,

Great news. I'm sending the final contract over this afternoon, so you'll have it well before Monday.

I'll block time on our side to start Monday morning as planned.

Worth knowing

What it does not do

Every tool has edges. These are ours, so you find out here rather than in week two.

  • It will not send for you, on a schedule, or after a delay you set. There is no autopilot mode and there is not going to be one.

  • It will not invent a price, a date or a document name. If the thread never said it, the draft leaves a bracket for you to fill.

  • Reply All is checked by default, which is the opposite of most email clients. It is deliberate for business threads, and you uncheck it in one click.

  • A refine pass changes the wording, never the meaning. If the draft has the wrong position in it, refining will not fix that. Edit it.

Questions about AI Reply

Does CevroFlow ever send email on its own?
No. The AI drafts and prepares, then stops. Every outgoing message is sent by a person clicking Send. This is the one rule the product does not bend.
Does it know what was said earlier in the thread?
Yes. A draft reads the full conversation, including what you committed to and when it was due, so it stops re-offering something you already sent.
What happens when it does not know a fact?
It writes a bracketed placeholder, literally something like [confirm the delivery date], rather than filling in a plausible number. You always know what it was unsure of.
Will it sound like me?
It writes from how you have replied before rather than from a generic template. You edit anything that does not land, and the draft is a starting point, never a finished send.
