Every email, already sorted and ranked.
CevroFlow reads each message once, files it into one of five categories, and ranks what is left by how much it actually needs you.

See it working
Every message already filed and ranked, with the reason for each call sitting next to it.

What it actually does
- 1
Connect Gmail
One OAuth screen. CevroFlow reads your last thirty days so the inbox is useful on the first morning rather than the second week.
30-day backfill. Read and send access only.
- 2
Rules clear the noise first
Newsletters, receipts, one-time codes and platform notifications are filed by a rule engine before any model runs. That mail costs you nothing from your monthly allowance.
About 55% of a real workspace, measured over one month.
- 3
The rest gets read once
One analysis per email produces the category, the priority and a one-line reason. Every other feature reads that result instead of asking again.
5 categories, 3 priority levels, 1 read.
Most of your mail never reaches the AI
A rule engine files the obvious noise first. It is instant, it is free, and it is the reason your plan is measured in emails handled rather than model calls.
- Newsletters, receipts, one-time codes and platform notifications never cost you an analysis.
- About 55% of a real workspace is handled this way, measured over one month.
- What is left is the mail that actually needed reading, and that gets read once.
Where a month of mail goes
531 emails
- Filed by rules
- Newsletters, receipts, one-time codes, platform notifications. Instant, and it never touches your monthly allowance.
- Read by the AI
- The mail where meaning actually matters. One read each, reused by every feature.
Measured on a real workspace. Your split depends on how much automated mail you get.
Correct it twice and it writes the rule
Every call carries a one-line reason, because you can only disagree with a decision you can see. Correct the same kind of message twice and CevroFlow offers to write the rule for you, and it is a rule you can read and edit, not silent retraining you have to trust.

Why this holds up
55%
Never reaches the AI
The rule engine handles obvious noise for free. Your plan is measured in emails handled, not in model calls, so the cheap mail stays cheap.
5 and 3
A fixed vocabulary
Five categories and three priority levels, the same for every business. A taxonomy you can extend forever stops being a summary and becomes another thing to maintain.
1 line
A reason on every call
Each email carries a short explanation of why it landed where it did. You can disagree with a decision you can see.
2
Corrections to a rule
Correct the same kind of message twice and CevroFlow offers to write the rule. It is a rule you can read and edit, not silent retraining you have to trust.
Every email lands where it belongs
Every message is sorted by what it means for the business the moment it arrives, with the reason attached. You open the ones that matter and skip the rest with confidence.

12 links worth reading this week
Why: Bulk sender, no question, no deadline
Correct a category, and the second time you make the same correction, CevroFlow offers to turn it into an automation rule. That's the real learning loop, not silent retraining.
Sorted by business value, not arrival time
The meetings, deals, offers, and proposals rise to the top, scored on what each conversation means for the business, with the reason attached. Revenue stops slipping past you.

“Pricing request from an existing client. The thread carries open revenue, and the reply has been waiting 18 hours.”
Read one brief, not ninety emails
Generated when you open the workspace, refreshed on demand. Written for someone with four minutes and a business to run.

What it does not do
Every tool has edges. These are ours, so you find out here rather than in week two.
The five categories are fixed. You cannot add a sixth, and that is a deliberate design decision rather than a missing feature.
Nothing is archived, moved, relabelled or deleted in Gmail. CevroFlow organises its own view of your mail and leaves your mailbox as it is.
The first sync reaches back thirty days. Older mail stays in Gmail, searchable, but it is not categorised.
It will get some calls wrong. That is why every one shows its reasoning and takes a correction on the spot.
Questions about Smart Inbox
- What are the five categories?
- Needs Reply, Opportunity, Meeting, Bills and Finance, and Low Priority. They are fixed on purpose. A category set you can extend endlessly stops being a summary and becomes another thing to maintain.
- How is this different from Gmail filters or labels?
- A filter matches a sender or a word. CevroFlow reads what the message actually says and decides what it means for you, then explains the call in one line so you can disagree with it.
- What happens to newsletters and receipts?
- A rule engine files obvious noise before any AI runs, so it never reaches your priority views and never costs you an AI analysis from your monthly allowance.
- Can I correct a category it gets wrong?
- Yes, on the email itself. Correct the same kind of message twice and CevroFlow offers to write the rule for you.
